We have some great news to share!
CABS-Cardiff has been successfully awarded some money under C3SC – Cardiff Third Sector Council’s Move More, Eat Well fund. This will help us deliver lessons in Ely/Caerau, Whitchurch and Llanrumney to encourage and inspire our adult participants, their support workers and carers and our Volunteers to engage with physical activity and healthy eating.
